At Emily Giovanna Therapy LLC, we value the time and commitment that go into therapy. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both clients and clinicians.

 

1. Session Fees

 

All fees for therapy sessions are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Payments are processed securely through SimplePractice or another approved payment method.

 

2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

 

We understand that unexpected events happen. However, because session times are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows (first time): 50% of the session fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (two or more times) or no-shows: 100% of the session fee will be charged.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness, at the therapist’s discretion.

If you cancel through SimplePractice, please ensure the cancellation is confirmed with your therapist to avoid being charged.

 

3. Refunds

 

Refunds are not available for completed sessions. If you are charged in error, or a duplicate payment occurs, please contact us at (emilyegidiolcsw@gmail.com ), and we will promptly review and correct the issue. If a prepaid session is canceled with proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), we can either apply the payment as credit toward a future session or issue a full refund upon request.

 

4. Packages and Prepaid Services

 

If you have purchased a therapy package or prepaid for multiple sessions: Unused sessions may be refunded (minus any completed sessions) if canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled appointment. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Workshops, Groups, or Special Events

 

For workshops or group sessions hosted by Emily Giovanna Therapy LLC, a separate refund or cancellation policy may apply. Details will be provided at the time of registration.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: I do not accept insurance, though superbills for insurance reimbursement are available upon request. 

Q: What is your rate?

A: I charge $150 a session, though I offer a sliding scale for clients who cannot afford my full rate!

Q: Where are you located?

A: I am located in the Centennial Hills area, on the Northwest side of the Las Vegas Valley. My address is 5550 Painted Mirage Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89149.
