Helping clients achieve emotional healing
Starting therapy can feel challenging. Many people postpone therapy or try to manage on their own, only to get stuck in the same patterns. If you struggle with regulating emotions, feel anxious in relationships, or carry painful feelings from the past, I’m glad you’ve found your way here.
About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with women’s mental health - specifically women who struggle with trauma, OCD, and emotional dysregulation. I want therapy to be an individualized experience, tailored to each client’s needs and at their own pace. Focusing on understanding my clients has brought on excellent results in achieving their goals. If you choose to work with me, I am committed to supporting your growth and ensuring you feel heard and valued throughout our work together.

Therapeutic Methods
For clients who have a history of trauma, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful therapy modality that helps clients reprocess the past and feel unburdened by distressing emotions. There is often a significant improvement in depression, anxiety, anger, and many other negative emotions if clients commit to the process.
For clients who struggle with OCD, I am trained in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) to help restore client’s lives back to them. Treatment for OCD involves exposing clients gradually to distressing stimuli, and finding alternate ways of coping that do not utilize compulsive behavior. OCD is a lifelong condition, but with ERP, it can be managed to the point where it is no longer disruptive to your life.
Additionally, I also take great joy in helping teens navigate the difficulty of coming of age and guiding them towards a rewarding adulthood. When working with teens, my focus is establishing rapport and making sure my clients feel that they have a trusted confidante who is always in their corner.
